Overview The role is to manage Logistics related procurement activities in selected scope in Europe. Logistics cover transportation, pallets, and outsourced warehousing closely impacting product availability and customer service. The person must drive value on total spend through category expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship with suppliers. Responsibilities Data collection and detailed analyses to build procurement outcomes together with local business stakeholders. Analyze current sourcing footprint, develop sourcing vision, and provide improvements Data collection on spend, and understanding spend insights Market intelligence of the category in related BU. Supplier selection process Support tender design Conduct analyses of RFX responses and shorten the list of suppliers. Organize and participate in supplier negotiations. Consolidate scenarios to be defended on final review with internal partners Contracting Review current contracts Establish updated terms in line with RFX outcomes, administrate approval process with internal partners and suppliers. Ongoing administration of compliance and tracking. Supplier information management Managing cost control Feeding forecasts for annual operating plan and quarterly updates. Search for improvement opportunities, deliver productivity and cash improvement targets The scope is flexible for all Europe. Detailed projects are to be allocated during AOP cycle according to the team's overall workload. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Languages: English & Spanish 7-9 years of experience in GP Operations/Shared Services Strong background in procurement in FMCG categories.
