Job title: eCommerce SEA Analyst

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Input & Coordination: Collaborate closely with the US eCommerce Performance Marketing lead to define SEA strategies aligned with the US marketing roadmap (brands) and sales targets. Provide regular input to ensure a cohesive strategy is implemented.



  • Performance Insights & Recommendations: Act as a strategic partner, analyzing SEA performance and providing actionable recommendations to US stakeholders. Highlight opportunities for optimization, growth based on data-driven insights and performance trends.



  • KPI Framework & Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with insights and strategic action plans.



  • Market and Competitive Analysis:Monitor local market trends and competitors, offering strategic recommendations on how to adapt campaigns and bidding strategies to maintain competitive advantage in the eRetailer space with a primary focus on Amazon.



  • Data Analysis & Shopper Insights: Translate category/channel data into actionable shopper insights, identifying key trends and opportunities for expanding campaign effectiveness.



  • Campaign Optimization Strategies: Recommend and oversee optimization of bidding strategies, keyword selection, and campaign targeting, utilizing available tools and automation features.



  • Reporting of Performance: Regularly update to the US team on SEA performance, offering insights into market trends, scope expansion opportunities, and overall performance.



Qualifications:



  • Extensive experience in eCommerce search advertising, particularly on eRetailer platforms such as Amazon and Walmart, with a deep understanding of global market trends.



  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.



  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic performance marketing frameworks, including KPI definition, dashboarding, and performance analysis.



  • Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting, with a focus on providing actionable insights and driving performance improvements.



  • A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.



  • Experience with DSPs, programmatic advertising, or digital media agencies is a plus.



Experience:



  • Significant experience in digital media, particularly in performance marketing for eCommerce, with expertise in Amazon search ads, DSP, and/or similar platforms for large brands.



  • Consulting experience or previous roles within digital advertising companies (Amazon, Google, etc.) are advantageous.
