ED, Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, Investment Banking

• Possess deep understanding of ECM (Equity Capital Markets) and M&A/Advisory/PE products.
• Lead deal origination efforts in chosen industry verticals across ECM, M&A/Advisory, and PE products.
• Maintain strong senior and mid-senior level relationships with large and mid-sized PE firms.
• Originate and drive business development opportunities from these PE relationships.
• Lead and manage all aspects of transaction execution from initial pitch to closing across ECM, M&A/Advisory, and PE syndication.
• Collaborate with other sector bankers to target business opportunities in identified sectors from financial sponsors.
• Oversee preparation of pitch books and client presentation materials for origination and coverage purposes.
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Master’s degree or higher in Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive, relevant experience in investment banking, with a proven track record in areas such as Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE) syndication, and advisory services.
• Extensive expertise in transaction origination, deal structuring, financial modelling, and end-to-end deal execution.
• Proven proficiency in applicable technical skills, regulatory frameworks, and financial systems (specialised expertise would be an advantage).
• Deep understanding of capital markets, investment banking products, and industry dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills combined with strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver superior client service and manage multiple complex mandates simultaneously.
• Excellent command of English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication.
