- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and improve electronic solutions and products.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for electronic products and solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet 3M’s high standards for quality and reliability.
- Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Project Management: Lead and manage technical projects from conception through to completion.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into 3M’s electronic solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports and updates to senior management.
- Internal Technical Team Supervision: Oversee and manage the internal technical team, ensuring effective organization and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and integrate diverse expertise.
Candidate requirement
- Educational Background: Ph,D, / Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science and Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electronics industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electronic products, solutions, and technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
- Project Management: Experience in managing technical projects from start to finish.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Innovation Mindset: Ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into solutions.
