End User Computing Technical Lead Analyst
An opportunity has arisen within Cigna International Health IT for an experienced EUC Engineer with a strong knowledge of supporting, Windows 10 Clients Support, SCCM for OS and application packaging, OS Deployments, and industry Workplace Technologies. This is a L2/L3 role that will suit a high-performing individual who is methodical, inquisitive and has a passion for end user technology and service. The ideal candidate will have 8 years or more experience in an enterprise IT environment
What does a normal day involve?
Maintaining and optimizing the provisioning of Windows Client OS, applications, and vulnerability remediation to physical and virtual endpoints.
Coordinate with colleagues and peers in Cigna’s US Enterprise Infrastructure Team
Proactively monitor and resolve infrastructure service issues prior to escalation.
Ensuring Service Now incident, requests, problem and change records are pro-actively updated.
Participate in change activity that may be scheduled out of hours
Manage and technically drive project deliverables and initiatives to completion, working with key stakeholders and project managers to implement the solutions
Adhering to Information Protection Policies and Business Continuity Plans
Follow operational processes and policies
Covering ASIA PAC Time zone
Participating in 24x7x365 operation (on Call Rota)
You will have experience with:
Microsoft SCCM for OS and Application Deployment
Microsoft Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting
Microsoft O365 Troubleshooting.
Service Now Change and incident management workflow
Service and customer centric mindset
It would be great if you’ve had experience with:
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix)
Automation experience with PowerShell
Nutanix HCI
Agile Project Management Methodology
JAMF – Apple Enterprise Mgmt. solution
Stratodesk Thin Client Technology
ITIL Certifications
