Oversee the daily operations of end-user technology systems, including monitoring performance, managing incidents, and ensuring system availability. Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for end-user technology support and maintenance. Collaborate with IT support teams to address and resolve end-user issues, providing guidance and support as needed. Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, implementing necessary controls and measures. Stay informed about emerging technologies and operational practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical leadership and support for complex operational challenges, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their development.
