Your impact
The role supports the Engineer in developing project schedules and setting up pro‑services cost systems in IPCS based on approved estimates. It involves preparing and updating engineering, procurement, and construction schedules, deliverable schedules, progress S‑curves, and critical activity reports with minimal guidance. The position also assists the cost and schedule lead in workshare projects and requires strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with Ecosys. Candidates should be proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office, with 1–2 years of planning and scheduling experience and 6–19 years overall experience in pharma, FMCG, chemical, or construction/consulting sectors.

1. Support Sr. Lead Engineer to develop Schedule and set-up pro services cost system in IPCS for the project based on the approved estimate by project manager.
2. Prepare and Update Project Schedules - consisting of engineering, procurement, and construction with minimal support from Lead planner. 
3. Prepare Deliverable schedules, 
4. Prepare Progress ‘S’ Curves, 
5. Prepare and Update different schedules, critical activity report, etc
6. Support Lead office Cost & Schedule lead in workshare projects (Pro-service cost/schedule controls activities).
7. Should be well conversant in Excel & Power BI.
8. Experience  in Ecosys software .

Here's what you'll need

1. Minimum 6 + years Experience in Pharma, FMGC or Chemical sectors/ consultation/construction industry. Overall, 1 to 2 years’ experience. Graduate Engineer and should have 1 to 2 years planning and scheduling experience.

1. Conversant with Primavera P6 & MS Project
2. Conversant with Ms Office
3. Conversant with Eco-Sys software is an added advantage.
