  We’re seeking a visionary and technically adept Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering team out of Bengaluru This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution—someone who can architect scalable data solutions while mentoring a high-performing team.
You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and security, and enabling advanced analytics and ML capabilities across the organization.

Has prior experience in leading and growing a team of talented data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Architected and implemented robust data platforms using modern cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Maintained robust Data Warehousing solutions using Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Overseen the design and development of scalable data warehousing solutions and real-time data streaming pipelines.
Driven initiatives around data segregation, de-duplication, cleanup, and persistence to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to expose data securely and efficiently for analytics, reporting, and ML Ops.
Championed best practices in data security, governance, and compliance across all data systems.
Evaluated and integrated emerging technologies to enhance data infrastructure and performance.
Established and monitored KPIs for data engineering operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Has strong command of data warehousing, ETL / ELT pipelines, and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink).
Proven experience with data modelling, data segregation strategies, and data lifecycle management.
Hands-on knowledge of data security protocols, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
Familiarity with ML Ops workflows and tools (e.
g., ML Flow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
Proficiency in T-SQL, SQL Expertise and Query Optimization, Python, and distributed computing frameworks.
Exposure or Experience with any Marketing Technology platforms (HubSpot, Braze) Has a background in building data platforms for AI / ML applications, AI LLM Based Data Retrieval, AI RAG Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
