- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with system integration and API management.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
