Overview: Finastra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability professional who will play a critical role in shaping and running the organization's Sustainability reporting efforts. This professional will also support the oversight and management of Finastra’s CSR activities in India.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the development and publication of Finastra’s regularly recurring external Sustainability reporting, including but not limited to the annual Sustainability report, TfCD disclosures and CSRD
  • Driving Finastra’s participation in third-party certifications such as EcoVadis and CDP
  • Supporting completion of responses to requests for information from external stakeholders, including but not limited to customers, prospects, and investors
  • Monitor and evaluate Sustainability performance and impact using relevant frameworks, standards, and metrics
  • Contribute to Sustainability Executive committee and Board reporting by preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external audiences
  • Engage with employees and stakeholders to raise awareness about Finastra's Sustainability initiatives, share best practices and ensure effective implementation of the organization's Sustainability programs
  • Stay informed about emerging Sustainability best practices, trends, regulations, and frameworks to provide recommendations and drive continuous improvement in Finastra’s Sustainability practices

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree. Bachelors and/or Masters in related areas preferred
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in Sustainability
  • Must have experience completing established sustainability assessments (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP) required
  • Experience in Sustainability reporting, such as TfCD reports and annual Sustainability reports
  • Exposure to established frameworks (GRI, TfCD, CDP, IBC-WEF, ISO) or strong interest and willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong advocate for environmental, social equity, and financial inclusion initiatives
