JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB SUMMARY


Responsible for the overall productivity, growth and effectiveness of the Ethical Business Operations organization. To ensure that the Sales practices are in accordance with the compliance and values of the organization. To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the Ethical Business Operations organization. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders for smooth business operations.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Determine annual sales plans, implement marketing strategies, analyse market trends and results


  • Monitor and ensure the maintenance of high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the functioning of Ethical Business Operations organization


  • Lead the strategies to maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price in alignment with changing trends, economic indicators and competitors


  • Ensure the Ethical Business Operations organization objectives are assigned in a timely manner


  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritise opportunities for improvements


  • Ensure implementation of SFE norms and standards set – through appropriate HCP ( Community & Hospital) execution strategies


  • Engagement with strong KOLs and key organizations (e.g. IAP, NNF, BPNI)


  • Lead strategies to control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward


  • Develop talent pool for future responsibilities within the organization


  • Ensure Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with marketing and medical affairs team


  • Work with the trade team in driving combined targets


  • Ensure the implementation of targeted Market development initiatives for priority markets as decided by the organization


  • Ensure good Liaison with External Manpower agency (Dieticians / Nursing Home Associates / Growth Promoters/ Strength Promoters and TBE) regarding the process of managing Key accounts and complying with the OEC guidelines to maintain high standards of integrity. Ensure ROI

MBA/PGDM will be additional advantage

15+ Years


  • Experience and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM (ideally) and/or as ZSM in at least two zones


  • Outstanding record of performance in Sales


  • Leadership Skills- Ability to lead, direct and influence people


  • Experience and exposure of nutrition product selling


  • Change management skills


  • Strategic mind-set and ability to deal with ambiguity.


  • Good Product knowledge


  • Good Communication Skills


  • Analytical skills


  • Business acumen and good analytical Skills


  • Negotiation Skills


  • Brief exposure to Marketing (preferable)
