Key Responsibilities Executive Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Act as a primary point of contact between the Country Manager and internal/external stakeholders Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents Coordinate and follow up on action items, deadlines, and strategic initiatives Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Office Administration Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships; manage procurement and inventory Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, and service providers Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace setup and access coordination Maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative records Communication & Coordination Organize and support meetings, events, and workshops (agendas, minutes, logistics) Liaise with regional and global teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination Support internal communications and assist with company-wide announcements when required Financial & Administrative Support Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring for office-related costs Support basic HR and finance administration in coordination with relevant departments Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital) Why Join Us?

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Office Administrator Experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
