We are looking for an MIS Executive who can manage data, create reports, automate tasks, and help different departments work smoothly together. The person should know Excel, basic programming, and how to work with APIs. Candidates with a B.Tech or BCA background are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Handling & Reporting
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain accurate and clean data in all systems.
Create automated Excel reports and dashboards.
Make sure all departments get the right information on time.
2. API & Programming Support
Connect different software or systems using APIs.
Fix any issues that occur in data flow between systems.
Coordinate with IT teams to set up or update integrations.
3. Coordination With Departments
Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams.
Collect data from different teams and prepare combined reports.
Understand the needs of each department and help them with data or system-related work.
Explain technical processes in simple language to non-technical teams.
4. Analysis & Dashboards
Analyse data and highlight key findings for management.
Create simple dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
Provide on-demand reports whenever required.
5. Process Improvement
Identify tasks that can be automated to save time.
Suggest improvements for data management and reporting.
Support the team in testing new software or system changes.
B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (IT) or similar background.
0-1 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data-related work.
Strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON/XML formats.
Basic programming knowledge.
Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboard tools.
Soft Skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Problem-solving attitude.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Good to Have
Experience with ERP/CRM tools.
Knowledge of automation tools like Power Automate or Zapier.
