JD for Soft service manager,
- The candidate must qualification in minimum Qualification BSc hotel management in soft service Background.
- Candidates with an experience in industrial / commercial background should manage business needs around-the-clock.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the assigned properties of SE within the approved processes and procedures and in accordance with the requirements of all statutory requirements.
- To deliver a consistent level of service across site Soft services, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed KPI performance, qualitative and financial targets.
- Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness,
- Deliver contracted requirements to including the provision of thorough facility, contract, and procurement management for non-technical services with a focus on continuous improvement.
- To provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team at assigned Facilities.
- To ensure timely and accurate completion of FM reports pertaining to assigned Facilities. Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues.
- Ensure planning and execution of all preparation required for Conferences / meetings of the client as well as VIP visits scheduled during the shift.
- Understanding of the importance to managing a site and the services provided including the ability to calculate the rewards and penalties of meeting/not meeting KPIs.
- Ensure contract is being delivered in a cost-effective way for the client.
- Responsible for departmental budgets in line with the baseline parameters
- Proactively manage quality of service and introduce innovations in line with and initiatives.
- Responsible for the leadership of all employees including effective resource management, recruitment, induction, , development, coaching and performance management.
- Ensuring that HR procedures are followed and ensuring any people related problems are dealt with in line with policy and procedure.
- Arrange & attend monthly & quarterly review meetings with Managers of all Sub-contractors.
- Overall service delivery assessment (SLA) of HK vendor
- Coordination meetings with vendor for resolution of service issues
- Ensure that the caterers are maintaining highest standards of hygiene in the services area.
- Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Cafeteria etc. and initiate immediate rectification actions (Proactive action)
- Assume full responsibility for management of soft services against contracted scope of works. Reporting on SLAs and delivering action plans to ensure that SLAs are met/exceeded.
- Day to day supervision of the Catering and Janitorial teams.
- Development of a soft services improvement plan for each service
- Preparation of duty roaster and circulating it to the team
- Ensuring adherence to 52-week schedule
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
- Managing vendor compliance in line with JLL procedures.
- Managing compliance including standard operating procedures, purchasing, statutory requirements (health and safety).
- To assist in auditing (including the completion of duty of care visits) the contracted soft services providing
- Delivery of continued safety awareness to all staff and engage in bi-weekly positive safety conversations.
- Vendor invoice and PO related track and update on daily basis.
- Prepare MMR & QBR share the artifacts.
