Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator Cum Supervisor

Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: BA/B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for pre-primary students
Supervise and mentor pre-primary educators
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and administration to support student development
Monitor and assess the educational progress of students
Organize and conduct professional development for staff
Maintain records and documentation related to student progress and program effectiveness
Facilitate a smooth transition to the CBSE curriculum for the next academic year
Immediate joining required
Salary: 35k to 45k depending upon the interview
