About this opportunity:



We are now looking for a Fiels Dispatch Engineer who will be responsible for the execution and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to Operators’ customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. You will play a crucial role in achieving these objectives through investigating incident reoccurrences, scouting potentials problems, implementing preventive actions, and following up on action plan. This role is for 24*7




What you will do:



Handling WO Management



  • End-to-end WO ownership with SLA focus
  • Driving FTR through proactive coordination

FSO Gantt Alignment & WO Planning & Execution & Spare Ordering



  • Aligning WO demand with FSO availability
  • Minimising idle time & capacity conflicts
  • Readiness checks: access, spares, prerequisites
  • Creating executable plans with clear timelines
  • Ensuring quality closure with evidence
  • Accurate spare identification & ordering
  • Cost optimisation via reuse & better forecasting

Site Access Booking & Estates Management and FSO Interaction & Collaboration



  • Timely access booking & approval chasing
  • Sensitive site controls (no engineer swaps)
  • Daily syncs on priorities & blockers
  • Clear communication on dependencies
  • Strong cross-team collaboration for KPI delivery
  • Updated estates info: contacts, rules, risks
  • Ensuring compliance & reducing access delays
  • Handling escalations proactively

The skills you bring:



  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) 
  • Minimum years of experience: 2-6 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
  • Domain experience:  area of expertise – (Telecom basics, Incident management, WFM, Remedy)
  • Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
  • Knowledge in Stakeholder management
  • Knowledge in Management of Incidents, SLA/KPI, CSI driving concepts
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • Ericsson knowledge, English skills
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations, Analysing. Working with people, Managing team
  • Handle instructions & procedure and applying expertise & technology
