Clarivate is seeking a dynamic Field marketing manager, based in Bangalore, India, to join our global Life Sciences & Healthcare field marketing team. This is an amazing opportunity to drive the development of regional marketing programs in India/SEA & ANZ, for one of the world’s most trusted providers of analytics and insights. It will be a creative, data-driven and highly collaborative role that is critical for building regional presence and demand for Clarivate products and services that help increase the pace of innovation and improve patient lives. Plans are developed and executed in close collaboration with global marketing programs and local sales leadership.
About you – Qualifications, Experience Skills and Accomplishments:
- Bachelor’s degree plus atleast 3 years’ B2B marketing experience, with two years direct experience in campaign and promotional program and event management
- Strategic, creative, collaborative and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on company strategic marketing goals.
- Superior project management and organization skills, with ability to execute multiple, complex campaigns/events, while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to strict campaign timelines.
- Experience in Event Planning, Marketing Campaign Planning and execution, Account Based Marketing and Budget Management
- At least 3 years of experience with marketing automation systems (e.g.Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo)
What will you be doing in this role?
- Design, launch and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to the Clarivate LS&H business strategy and localized for the region - driving interest in Clarivate solutions locally and advancing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams from sales, product, industry, thought leadership and demand marketing to ensure plans are aligned for our local customers best outcomes for the region are prioritized.
- Lead Management – work closely with regional sales teams to manage lead conversion, pipeline analysis and acceleration programs and ensures swift follow up on leads by sales; drives campaign attribution of sales opportunities
- ABM – Manages development and execution of agreed Account-Based Marketing programs in close collaboration and alignment with sales teams.
- Continuously report on effectiveness of campaigns against KPIs that include (not limited to): MQLs, sourced/influenced pipeline generation, prior year growth and quarterly goals for the region
- Participates in and contributes to the annual marketing planning and ongoing campaign planning process. Collaborates with Marketing and Sales team to create campaigns that support acquisition of customers in new segments and verticals.
- Builds and monitors campaigns leveraging a number of tools and marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua and Sales Force
- Generates buy-in and support for marketing programs from local sales teams lead and key Stakeholders
- Oversees and manages the regional field marketing budget
- Manage 3rd party and Clarivate hosted events that support our regional customer needs and support the sales pipeline.
It would be great if you also had the following
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Experience with Eloqua, Facebook and LinkedIn paid advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Intermediate understanding of Excel and relational databases.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, and design software a bonus (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week, full-time employment, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)
- Some travel may be required (up to 10%).
