About the company:
Anaxee is India's REACH Engine! We help brands, OEMs, and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of the country, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3, and 4 towns and villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.
Role Overview:
Join our vibrant team at Anaxee Digital Runners! We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic person to fill the full-time position of Field Sales Executive. If you're passionate about building relationships, achieving results, and making a real impact, we would love for you to be part of our mission to make all of Bharat accessible to our customers.
Job Location:
1) Andhra Pradesh: Kadapa, Tirupati, Rajahmundry, Nellore, Vijayawada.
2) Telangana: Nizamabad, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, Karimnagar
Salary Range – 2 to 2.4 LPA
Fuel Allowance will be provided weekly (inclusive of salary)
Responsibilities:
1) Onboard shops, promote products, and take orders.
2) Build strong relationships with shopkeepers for long-term business.
3) Meet sales targets and expand the shop network in the area.
4) Travel across Mandals to onboard new shops.
5) Share product updates.
Requirements:
1) Any Graduation Degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
2) Experience in field sales or a similar role is an advantage.
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and consistently achieve sales goals.
5) Basic knowledge of sales strategies and techniques is preferred
6) Willingness to travel across Mandals within the District.
NOTE
1) Must have Two Wheeler.
2) Must have an Android phone.
3) Proficiency in Telugu is essential.
