Implement best practices in planning and analysis.
Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel , financial modelling Knowledge of accounting principles , financial statements , and variance analysis .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications 5–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
Familiarity with QB Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
Timeliness and quality of financial reports.
Effectiveness of variance analysis and recommendations.
Stakeholder satisfaction and business impact.
