Job Description:


The GBS Workforce Management Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating staffing levels (both Contact Centers and Back Office) to achieve Service Level Agreement goals. Coordinators will generate schedules based on forecast and will monitor Global Business Services (GBS) contact center/back office activities to recommend staffing adjustments and plan future staffing requirements. The Coordinator will also be performing data investigation to search for process improvement opportunities. This position analyzes service level data and operational performance to provide status reports for GBS Management.
