Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
●Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
●Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
●Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
●Handle general inquiries from visitors and employees, providing accurate information as
needed.
●Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
●Maintain office security by controlling access (e.g., monitoring visitor logbooks and
issuing visitor badges).
●Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing
correspondence (e.g., emails, courier, packages).
●Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
●Handle visa related coordination for employees
●Support the HR and administrative teams with other tasks or special projects as
assigned.
Required Qualifications:
●High school diploma / graduate or equivalent.
●Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail) and basic office equipment
(e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
●Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
●Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
●Professional attitude and appearance.
●Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle diverse inquiries in a courteous and
efficient manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
●Experience working in a corporate environment.
●Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
