Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle general inquiries from visitors and employees, providing accurate information as
needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office security by controlling access (e.g., monitoring visitor logbooks and
issuing visitor badges).
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing
correspondence (e.g., emails, courier, packages).
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle visa related coordination for employees
Support the HR and administrative teams with other tasks or special projects as
assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma / graduate or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail) and basic office equipment
(e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle diverse inquiries in a courteous and
efficient manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a corporate environment.
Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
Work Environment:
Office setting with regular interaction with employees, clients, and visitors.
