This role involves end-to-end ownership of features, working across backend, frontend, and integrations in high-usage production systems.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance custom features using Frappe and ERPNext Build and maintain custom DocTypes, server-side scripts, and REST APIs Develop frontend components and UI enhancements using JavaScript, Vue, or React as required Optimize application performance and reliability for high-traffic, production-grade systems Integrate ERP systems with payment gateways, external portals, and communication tools Deploy, monitor, and support live production features Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and scalability Required Skills & Experience 1–4 years of hands-on development experience with Frappe and ERPNext Strong proficiency in Python Working knowledge of JavaScript, including client scripts and basic Vue.
js Experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting production systems Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.
