Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design:


    • Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for mobile and web applications.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Full Stack Development:


    • Develop responsive user interfaces using React JS and React Native.
    • Build robust server-side applications using Node JS and Java (JAVA 17/JEE).

  • Integration and Cloud Technologies:


    • Manage and integrate APIs using API Management tools (APIGEE) and ensure seamless data flow.
    • Utilize cloud technologies, including Firebase, for real-time data management and application support.

  • Microservices and CI/CD:


    • Design and implement microservices architecture to enhance application scalability and maintainability.
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.

  • Security:


    • Implement strong security principles, ensuring secure API design using REST and GraphQL.
    • Stay updated on best practices for secure mobile and web application architecture.
Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:


  • Solution Design:Experience designing solutions for mobile (native/hybrid) and web applications.
  • Full Stack Development:Proficiency in:
    • Front-End:React JS, React Native
    • Back-End:Node JS, Java (JAVA 17/JEE)
  • Integration Technologies:
    • API Management (APIGEE)
    • Familiarity with Firebase
  • Microservices:Understanding of microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
  • CI/CD:Proficient in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Security Principles:Strong understanding of secure API design (REST, GraphQL) and application architecture principles.

Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience:
  • At least 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions using the required technologies.
  • Experience in working within Agile development environments.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design application architecture.
  • Write clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex development challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration within the development team and with stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth in a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
