Could you be the full-time SC2 Material Planner in our Supply Chain Solutions Centre (SC2) we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and materials management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll create Material Planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicate delivery requirements to suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planner, Site Buyer, Key User & Regional Business Process Experts), coordinate with internal & external networks, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the right information is available in the system for Site Material Planner reference, but also act as a representative of the site when interacting with suppliers.
We’ll look to you for:
Executing materials planning processes within the Solutions Centre Team
Receiving supplier delivery confirmations and maintaining accurate system data
Coordinating tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
End-to-end material planning and supplier relationship management
Strong analytical skills to extract Management Information Systems (MIS) from a Supply Chain Information System
Effective collaboration and communication across networks

Academic B.E/B.Tech in any subject (Supply Chain specialization preferred)
3-10 years of experience in supply chain processes and tools
Proficiency in an ERP tool with a Materials Management Module
Fluency in English with strong communication skills
Understanding of Material Requirement Planning
A certification in Supply Chain Management (desirable)
Proficiency in tools like MS EXCEL & BI
Previous experience in a Shared Services Centre or remote working (desirable)
