We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultat Specialist
In this role, you will:• Lead a POD of Data scientists, Dev Ops and Cloud Engineers, BA and Testers.• Engage with Business and IT stakeholders of multiple GB / GFs• Demonstrate the solution capabilities and maximize on adoption within the Bank by cross-selling to multiple GB / GFs• Lead the projects from initiation to closure until business outcomes are achieved.• Ensure OKRs in terms of release cadence, incidents reduction, Lead time to deploy, per person release targets are met.• Be a brand ambassador of the product and present it in various Business and IT forums.• Represent OBKYC SVS in AI / ML space in multiple initiatives / forums / hackathons, etc.• Work towards making the AI platform group wide strategic solution and preferred choice adopt for businesses to adopt.
