The Graphic Designer, LSIG is essential for unifying the Life Sciences Innovation Group under a cohesive visual brand. To enhance our marketing and communications by creating engaging materials that reflect our innovative approach in the Biopharmaceutical industry. They will work closely with various teams to ensure our visual identity aligns with strategic goals and effectively showcases the impact of our solutions. This role will bring artistic expertise to convey complex scientific concepts, driving brand recognition and contributing to our market success.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, tradeshow, PowerPoint and website elements. Designs should be aligned industry trends to maintain a fresh and modern look.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and subject matter experts to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and business goals.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects, while meeting project deadlines

The essential requirements of the job include:  


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

The salary range e for this role is 500,000 – 515,000 INR. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.


This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
