Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term vision.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, shaping a culture of operational success and excellence.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Design and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Enhance the employer brand to establish the organization as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Lead initiatives to foster employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
- Drive change management efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Performance Management & Leadership Development
- Oversee the performance management framework and leadership development programs.
- Identify and nurture future leaders to build a robust talent pipeline.
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures that align with industry standards.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure equity and fairness across the organization.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Implement HR technologies to streamline and enhance efficiency across HR functions.
Employee Relations & Well-being
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee concerns and focusing on well-being.
- Cultivate a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusivity.
HR Analytics & Insights
- Use data-driven insights to monitor workforce trends and engagement levels.
- Present HR metrics to leadership, influencing data-informed decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- 10–12 years of proven HR leadership, including managing an employee base of 3,000+ across diverse projects.
- Strong background in HR strategy, operations, and team development.
Skills
- Expertise in HRMS, with excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while implementing HR best practices.
