Strategic Leadership:
● Take responsibility for achieving city-level digital lead generation targets in line with the annual operating plan (AOP)
● Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions.
● Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance across all channels.
● Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience and communication strategies
● Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing page
● Monitor competitor activity and keep an eye out for trends Campaign Management:
● Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
● Lead keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
● Drive funnel optimization from impressions to conversions, leveraging data-driven insights.
● Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking.
Team Leadership:
● Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.
● Collaborate across teams (content, design, pre-sales, field sales) to optimize messaging, landing pages, and campaign outcomes.
● Mentor and guide team members to achieve peak performance. Budget & Analytics:
● Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business goals.
● Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and derive actionable insights.
● Develop mechanisms for collecting and analyzing data across teams, ensuring a seamless feedback loop for continuous improvement.
Optimization & Innovation:
● Leverage A/B testing, CRO techniques, and advanced bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
● Identify new digital marketing tools and technologies to stay ahead of trends.
● Continuously monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in performance marketing.
