Purpose of Role


To support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and HR system updates, ensuring smooth and efficient HR functioning.

CSA - HR Assistant


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding


  • Assist in posting job openings and coordinating interviews
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documents

HR Operations


  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
  • Update attendance, leave, and employee details in HR systems
  • Support payroll inputs and verification
  • Assist with confirmations, resignations, and exit processes

Documentation & Compliance


  • Ensure accurate HR documentation and record maintenance
  • Assist in audits, reports, and statutory documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Employee Support


  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement activities and training programs
