We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Human Resources  


In this role you will:


The role holder will be responsible for the delivery of services through building new capabilities and enabling fungible talent across regions. The role holder will also be responsible for nurturing the right talent to support strategic initiatives for Delivery services in line Global People Services transformation agenda and strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and administer all aspects of HR Operations and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely execution of processes and controls.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of HR shared services and Payroll operations.
  • Support Global CoE lead in the process automation and optimization.
  • Plan and direct the operations of the team in accordance with the HSBC’s policies and processes.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve control and at the same time reduce the administrative and cost burdens involved in achieving them.
  • Ensure that all aspects of HR Operation processes are recorded and reported in compliance with bank policies/processes as per regulatory requirement.
  • Timely and right decision making and problem solving for short-term & long-term sustainability.
  • Manage capacity and team performance.
  • Monitor WFO compliance for each team member in adherence to the Hybrid working policy.
  • Ensuring team members are recognized fairly and from time to time.
  • Deliver on DS strategic initiatives for right shoring, right sizing and right sourcing
