Summary of the role:


We are seeking a Knowledge and AI Content Analyst to manage of global HR knowledge base and contribute to the development of AI-ready content. This role bridges traditional knowledge management practices with emerging AI capabilities, helping build a scalable knowledge ecosystem that supports both human users and AI-powered assistants across our various global markets.


The ideal candidate brings strong content skills, a structured mindset, and curiosity for how AI can transform employee experiences.


About the role:


The role carries two primary responsibilities. First, it involves managing and maintaining the existing ServiceNow knowledge base for the US and other global markets. Second, it includes contributing to the development of content that is structured, enriched, and standardized for use in AI‑powered solutions.


A. Manage HR Knowledge Base in ServiceNow


  • Manage the existing knowledge base, including content creation, curation, and maintenance for the US and other global markets


  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance


  • Provide coaching and training to HR team members to strengthen their understanding and effective use of the knowledge base


  • Partner with technical teams to configure and enhance the ServiceNow knowledge management module as needed


  • Document new functionality and updates related to HR case management in ServiceNow and develop supporting training material


  • Manage security roles, access, and permissions for HR case management in ServiceNow


  • Provide backup support to team members for case management activities


 B. AI-Ready Content Framework Development


  • Participate in development of AI-ready content framework that enables content creation for both human and machine consumption


  • Ensure content structure, formatting, and metadata aligns with AI requirements while maintaining user-friendliness


  • Create new HR content and update existing content to align with the established framework


  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts across functions (Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development etc.) and with in-market HR teams to ensure accuracy and completeness


  • Transform complex HR policies and procedures into clear, concise, and AI-consumable formats


  • Ensure content addresses common employee questions and pain points


  • Partner with the technical team to test content performance with the AI assistant


  • Maintain version control and documentation of all content changes


About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field


  • 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content management, technical writing or similar role


  • Strong technical writing skills for producing and revising content.


  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with users and stakeholders


  • Demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, adapt to emerging technologies, and continuously improve processes


  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess content quality and identify improvement opportunities


  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills


  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities


  • Ability to work effectively across time zones to maintain seamless collaboration

  • Ability to translate complex technical and non‑technical information into usable, understandable content
