Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing candidates using variety of search methods to build robust pipeline • Screening and Evaluating Candidates • Managing Hiring Process (interviews, selection, offer, negotiation and closing) • Developing and Implementing Recruiting Strategies • Building Relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders • Ensuring positive candidate experience • Managing onboarding candidates • Performing reference checks as needed • Continuously upgrading to stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Skills & Qualifications • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent time management • Knowledge of recruitment principles and practices • Problem solving and critical thinking skills • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field • 5+ years of recruiting experience • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with wide variety of sourcing avenues • Healthcare hiring experience and exposure is a plus
