Position Requirements:


  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in SOC DFT and project management.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Track multiple DFT project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor weekly progress towards milestones.
    • Develop, define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
    • Interface with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters as needed.
    • Monitor budget/spending, ensure on-time delivery, and achieve program milestones.
    • Represent the program and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Principal Duties:


  • Support the establishment of program goals and track program milestones with the team.
  • Manage and take responsibility for multiple aspects of small programs/technology with minimal complexity by applying up-to-date program management knowledge to meet deadlines.
  • Build and manage the execution of the Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope) for small and minimally complex programs or under the direction of others.
  • Track all key metrics pertaining to a small program and escalate when metrics deviate significantly from the Plan of Record.
  • Support the management and mitigation of identified program risks by following the risk and mitigation plans. Maintain and update the risk tracker.
  • Support team objectives by completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with processes by following best practices and procedures.

  • Help define the teams High Level DFT Review
  • Help leads in Create and track DFT projects plans and communicate any risk to the plans. Help team is identifying Mitigation
  • Project review: Drive weekly Pre-Si Validation milestones and report on execution status of milestones, Bug findings, core level DFT status. Track AIs
  • Track and drive DFT CCL closure for projects under execution.
  • Metrics: Track pre Si and Post Si metrics for project and continuously enhance DFT metrics for improvements.
  • Review DFT  functional teams Tapeout Readiness slide deck and help assess risk to the program
  • Review BTO / MTO slides for and conduct Review with DFT management, track AI
  • Initiatives: Drive DFT Weekly Initiatives meeting and Track progress and AIs. Conduct Monthly management review and track AIs. Drive DFT ML Forum – Define new projects for ML
  • Pre review DFT gate and Vector readiness review slides. Ensure team preparedness for review with external stakeholder
  • Track Vector and Si Bring-up plan and track in weekly review
    • Help in Track and report on post-si validation milestones during bring-up
    • Help in Track and report bug findings and all ECO validation
  • Generate reports weekly for DFT pre/post-si emulation phases that communicate execution status as well as risk to the program.  These reports should be suitable for both mid-level management as well as executive teams.
  • Must be flexible, meticulous, organized, and able to change direction on short notice and be a team player. Manage multiple complex programs with limited guidance Use advanced excel features such as Formulas (Index, Match, Offset, Indirect), Pivot Tables, and Macros to extract data from multiple sources, perform calculations, and generate reports.  Analyze data to ensure accuracy.  Use internal tools to track distributed test equipment.  Assist in defining and implementing a process for requesting lab benches.  Must be creative and flexible, able to change direction on short notice and be a team player.
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years with demonstrated experience in team leadership.
  • Must have strong Excel skills, especially with formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, graphs, etc.
  • Possesses sufficient technical competency to participate in and add value to program and technical discussions and resolving issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent team interface skills and the ability to work under tight timelines
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Required Evidence of ability to apply critical thinking and interpersonal skills to practical situations
  • Good understanding of DFT technical knowledge, engineering language, and acronyms
  • Must function self-sufficiently with little direct supervision.
