You will serve as a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) developer within Mondelēz International’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform team, contributing technical expertise to the design and evolution of enterprise identity governance capabilities. You will develop, configure, and extend SailPoint ISC solutions with a strong emphasis on code quality, automation, and scalability.

As a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer, you will be a key contributor to the organization’s identity governance platform, helping transform IAM into a scalable, product-driven service. You will translate business and security requirements into automated identity lifecycle solutions, reduce manual access management through intelligent workflows, and improve risk posture through consistent governance and policy enforcement. By partnering with architects, application teams, and vendors, you will help modernize identity governance capabilities, accelerate cloud adoption, and deliver secure, compliant, and user-friendly access experiences across the enterprise.

  • Design and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) components, including Identity Profiles & Correlation Rules, Lifecycle States & Triggers, Access Profiles, Roles (Business & IT), and Entitlements, Certification Campaigns (Access Reviews), Approval workflows, and policy enforcement.
  • Develop and maintain SailPoint ISC connectors (out-of-the-box and custom) for SaaS, cloud, SAP, and on-prem applications.
  • Configure Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) and non-employee lifecycle use cases (contractors, vendors, and partners).
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs / JSON, SCIM, and develop custom logic using SailPoint ISC rules, transforms, and workflows.
  • Automate joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes across HR systems, directories, and downstream applications.
  • Implement least-privilege and Zero Trust-aligned access models.
  • Configure and support Periodic and event-based access certifications. Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, Risk scorin,g and access analytics
  • Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, certification, and workflow issues.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the ISC platform.
  • Support upgrades, feature adoption, and roadmap enhancements from SailPoint.
  • Work within Agile / product-centric delivery models.
  • Partner with SailPoint Professional Services and system integrators as needed.
  • Contribute to design documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including business roles, IT roles, and entitlement hierarchies.
  • Analyze application entitlements and access patterns to define least-privilege role models aligned to job functions, organizational structures, and risk tolerance.
  • Build and manage role lifecycle workflows (role creation, approval, modification, and decommissioning).
  • Configure birthright access and dynamic role assignments using identity attributes, lifecycle states, and SailPoint transforms.
  • Support role mining, role optimization, and role recertification initiatives to reduce access sprawl and entitlement risk.
  • Partner with application owners, IAM architects, and security teams to onboard roles into governance processes and certification campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate RBAC-related provisioning, access drift, and certification findings.

Skills and Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience delivering and operating enterprise IAM / IGA platforms, with at least 2+ years of development experience in SailPoint ISC or equivalent.
  • Experience in SailPoint implementations, migrations, or major enhancements.
  • Ability to define and enforce development standards, design patterns, and governance models for identity and access.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting complex provisioning, aggregation, RBAC, and certification issues across heterogeneous systems.
  • Experience partnering with SailPoint Professional Services, system integrators, and application teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of least-privilege, Zero Trust, and access risk reduction principles.
  • Experience designing scalable identity governance solutions that balance security, compliance, performance, and user experience.
  • Ability to assess and improve platform performance, reliability, and operational maturity.
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, and GDPR).
  • Hands-on experience with IdentityIQ (IIQ) to ISC migrations.
  • Experience with SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM).
  • Exposure to access risk analytics, AI-driven insights, or role mining tools.
  • Experience integrating with PAM (CyberArk) and SSO/MFA platforms (Ping).
  • Familiarity with Agile / product-centric operating models and DevOps concepts.
