Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer


About client:
A global IT and consulting company based in Bengaluru, India, providing IT services to clients worldwide across multiple industries.

We are looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our expanding CBU & EBU IAM squad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform. This role requires a strong technical background in IAM frameworks, deep understanding of ForgeRock components, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable access management solutions in a collaborative environment.

• Develop and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform.
• Configure and customize ForgeRock components such as AM, IDM, DS, and IG.
• Design and deploy IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems.
• Develop connectors for identity lifecycle management and synchronization.
• Set up data quality checks and maintain synchronization between various data sources.

• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems and applications.

  
  
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize IAM environments for performance and security.

• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

  
  
• Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements and deliver appropriate IAM solutions.

• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  
  
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ForgeRock platform.

• Deep expertise in ForgeRock AM, IDM, and DS components.

  
  
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, standards, and protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

• Experience with Azure AD is an advantage.

  
  
• Relevant IAM or Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
