Primary Responsibilities:

System Design and Configuration: Responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of SCADA systems within our manufacturing operations.

Deployment Planning: Works with process champions to understand implementation requirements. This includes deploying devices, computers, and instruments integral to SCADA systems.

Maintenance and Updates: This position handles the maintenance and updates of both software and hardware within the system. It also troubleshoots system issues and implements effective solutions.

Performance Analysis: Conducts thorough system performance analysis and implements improvements when necessary.

Documentation: Ensure all actions and instructions related to our SCADA systems are accurately documented.

Training: Train other team members on the usage and maintenance of our SCADA systems.
Knowledge & Skills Required:

SCADA Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in SCADA systems, with a preference for experience in Ignition.

Industrial Automation Protocols: Possesses robust knowledge of industrial automation protocols.

PLC Programming and Configuration: Essential familiarity with PLC programming and configuration.

Network Design and Cybersecurity Principles: Understanding of network design and cybersecurity principles specifically for SCADA systems.

Manufacturing Experience: Strong comprehension of smart manufacturing processes is desired.

Problem-solving and Troubleshooting Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

SCADA Configuration: Experience in the Installation and configuration of SCADA systems.

Collaboration: Capable of effective remote collaboration within a team.
Education Required:
University/College degree (AA, BA, BS)
Education Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience:
1-5 years of related experience is required.
