You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + industry specific skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.
Your Role Your primary objective is to maximize team performance through proactive leadership, recognizing + enhancing individual + collective performance. Your Responsibilities You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
• To supervise the team, including regular monitoring of workloads + reallocation as needed.
• To assist with recruitment interviews if required + ensure proper onboarding + training for all team members.
• To respond to customers' queries, resolve their issues timely + support tasks related to customer visits or demonstrations.
• To drive continuous improvement + productivity improvement.
• To facilitate team job rotation within the team.
• To ensure effective records + documentation management is executed as per customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• To ensure the team meet customers’ key performance indicators (KPI). Your Skills and Experiences 3-5 years of experience in handling warehouse operations.
Should be a graduate from any recognized university.
Should posses strong communication skills + operation knowledge.
