.Translate complex business challenges into practical, measurable, and high-impact solutions.

.Deliver and implement solutions in alignment with agreed roadmaps and sprint plans, ensuring rigorous testing and validation prior to release.

.Generate actionable insights into business processes, emphasizing value creation and continuous improvement.

.Champion and drive the adoption of the process mining platform across the organization.

.Develop and share customer success stories, internal communications, and enablement materials.

.Lead end-to-end implementation projects for diverse clients handling data of varying complexity.

.Design and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure secure and appropriate data access for Celonis users.

.Collaborate with client infrastructure teams to enable secure and scalable data integration from multiple source systems.

.Conduct risk assessments for Celonis implementations and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

.Advise on new Celonis features and lead implementation initiatives to enhance platform capabilities.

.Work with large-scale transactional datasets using tools such as Informatica and SQL.

.Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in process and data modelling.

.Hands on experience in implementing Process Mining Technoligy (Celonis / Signavio/ Aris

.Demonstrate a proven record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects across people, processes, data, and technology in large, global organizations.

.Exhibit a results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency, consistently overcoming challenges and delivering outcomes ahead of schedule.

.Possess extensive experience with Celonis or similar platforms, covering data engineering, analytics, process mining, application development, and automation.

.Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HRM, etc.) into the Celonis platform.

.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and distributed data ecosystems.

.Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and data governance practices.

.Mentor and guide development teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and best practices in process mining use cases.

.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in data engineering and software development, with hands-on experience in Python and SQL.

.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

.Strong understanding of business process modelling and process mining methodologies.
