The Short Version

Who we’re looking for: A hands-on Backend Developer Intern who enjoys building real-world systems, writing clean backend logic, and working closely with frontend developers to ship features used by thousands of students and internal teams.

What the role is about: You’ll work on production-grade backend systems at Kraftshala - APIs, databases, internal tools, and business logic that power our student journeys, admissions workflows, and program operations.

Why you should apply:

  • Real backend ownership

  • PPO opportunity for high performers

  • Learn how real edtech products scale with lean teams

  • Exposure to frontend (React) to think end-to-end

About us: Kraftshala is India’s largest higher-education institution in terms of marketing placements, with a 94% placement rate, and we are gunning to become the world’s largest career launchpad, across domains.

We’re backed by a number of eminent investors including ex-unicorn startup founders and CXOs of global giants like RedBus, NoBroker, Nestlé, and Performics.

The Detailed Version

This is a full-time, 6-month backend internship where you’ll work on real production systems using Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and Sequelize.

You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and operations teams to build tools and features that directly impact student experience and internal efficiency. High performers will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship, based on ownership, code quality, and overall impact.
