WearelookingforaModelling&SimulationInterntocontributetothedevelopmentoftheNext-GenerationLandingGear.TheroleincludesdevelopmentofBehavioralModels(1D),SystemArchitectureDefinition,DetailedInterfaceDefinition,ControlLogicsDevelopmentandSafetyAnalysis.

Thecandidatewillobtainhands-onexperienceofproductdevelopmentfromscratch,includingrequirementsdefinition,systemarchitecturedefinitionbasedonsafetyandstakeholderrequirementsandtheleveragingofModellingandSimulationforsystemstudies
andanalysis.

KeyResponsibilities
●Develop,defineandupdateSystemArchitectureModels,Functional,LogicalandTechnicalLayerstoaiddeploymentofMBSEforproductdevelopment.
●FortheidentifiedSystemArchitecture,deploysystemsafetyanalysisstudies.
●DefinitionofLandingGearSystemInterfacesadheringtoFunctionalandSafetyneeds.
●Development1DBehavioralModelstoaidproductdevelopmentbasedontheSystemArchitecturedefined(LoadAnalysisandFunctionalAnalysis).
●ExploringandImplementingLandingGearPrognosticHealthMonitoringfunctionsforviabilitystudies.
●Interactionwithcross-functionalteamspartofthebroaderLandingGearteamtomeetbusinessrequirements.

SkillsandExpertiseRequired
●GeneralawarenessofLandingGearsystems.
●GoodUnderstandingofengineeringfundamentals,systemdynamicsanduseoffirstprinciples.
●ArchitecturalModelling:BasicknowledgeofSysMLandRFLP.Logical,AnalyticalandCriticalthinking.
●1DBehavioralModelling:ExperiencewithMATLAB-Simulink.ScriptingKnowledgeinMATLABorPython.
●BasicknowledgeofControlSystems.
●CommunicationandInterpersonalskills.
●Willingnesstolearnnewskillsandself-development.
