Roles & Responsibilities:
• To handle inbound calls and process relevant information, flow or request and accomplish any task within the realm of defined service levels and quality standards.
• To handle multiple call queues of different processes and provide the requisite solution to the satisfaction of the customer.
• To drive first call resolution.
• To typically use call management tools and platform.
• To efficiently pull out/verify/update information and close transactions in the prescribed formats on the internal systems.
• They typically go through pre - process and process training prior to production. Competencies Required
• Ability to learn the relevant process as per the specified plan & undergo future cross-trainings as per the business requirement.
• Possess excellent communication skills – oral & written.
• Demonstrate working knowledge on MS Office applications.
• Analytical skills & Logical reasoning.
• Basic keyboard skills
• Ability to work in a team – be a team player.
• Be result oriented and quality conscious.
• Have a customer centric approach.
