Project description Storekeeper / RE&F Inventory operations Responsibilities Receiving of inventory items Issuance, tracking, and counting of inventory items Checking the compliance of received items with accompanying documents. Transfer of inventory items to storage locations and within the office Organizing the storage of inventory items to prevent damage and loss. Preparing defective equipment reports, repair and write-off reports, as well as reports on shortages and damage to inventory items. Conducting write-offs and disposals Preparing reports on balances and statistics Partial and full inventory Skills Must have Inventory Management (Oracle/SAP) Knowledge of assets life-cycle principles Warehouse Management Education: middle/special, higher Experience in warehouse programs, proven Oracle experience is considered as an advantage Minimal proven experience as a storekeeper 1 year Team-player, multitasking, stress resistance, friendliness, ability to resolve conflict situations, ability to work with a large volume of information Strong PC knowledge (Excel mandatory) English (fluent spoken and written) Nice to have Previous experience in global company. Other Languages English: B2 Upper Intermediate Seniority Regular
