is seeking a dedicated and skilled Italian Interpreter to facilitate communication between Italian-speaking clients and English-speaking service providers.
The role necessitates exceptional language proficiency and an understanding of cultural nuances that may impact effective communication.
Key Responsibilities: Renders correct concepts and meanings between Italian and English following complexity for Italian Language Interpreter, clarity, tone, and style from one language to another, upholding the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages.
Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation and be prepared for challenging calls at any time.
Employs good customer service and communication skills, clear enunciation, pronunciation, pleasant and professional voice as well as polite forms of expression for Italian Language Interpreter Follows instructions for clients, manages the flow of the call, and avoids taking over the call, as well as avoids interaction with the limited English speaker person without the client's permission.
Remains calm during calls in the event that one of the primary speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations as Italian Language Interpreter Remains punctual and available during scheduled work hours.
Ensures access to the internet for work-related electronic communication.
All other duties as assigned as Italian Language Interpreter Working days: 5 days (2 rotational week off) Job Type : Full-time (Work From Home) Other allowance: Overtime pay, Mediclaim (Covers the Employee, Parents, Spouse & 2 kids from the first day of employment) & other Incentives based on performance High Schools degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Italian Language Interpreter- C2, C1, B2, Native (OCI Required) Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of Italian Language Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
