About the Role


We are seeking an IVI Middleware Engineer specialized in Wireless Connectivity (WiFi, Bluetooth) to develop and integrate robust middleware components for our automotive In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing WiFi and Bluetooth functionalities, enabling seamless connectivity for various in-vehicle services and devices.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and integrate WiFi and Bluetooth middleware stacks and profiles (e.g., A2DP, HFP, SPP, LE).
  • Implement APIs and interfaces for application layer interaction with wireless modules.
  • Troubleshoot and debug connectivity issues, performance, and stability.
  • Optimize wireless performance and coexistence.
  • Collaborate with hardware, application, and system teams.

Required Skills & Experience


  • 3-7 years of experience in embedded software development for IVI systems.
  • Strong experience with WiFi and Bluetooth middleware development.
  • Proficient in C/C++ programming.
  • Familiarity with wireless networking standards and protocols.
  • Experience with Linux or other embedded RTOS platforms.
  • Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, Ethernet) is a plus.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and defect tracking (JIRA).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
