We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist


In this role, you will:


  • API Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for API services, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Monitoring & Performance Analysis: Use AppDynamics, Splunk, and other monitoring tools to analyse and monitor API performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest optimizations.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with the cloud infrastructure team to ensure APIs are deployed and running efficiently in cloud environments such as AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • DevOps Integration: Work with DevOps teams to automate API deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo, ensuring a smooth development-to-production workflow.
  • Log Management & Analysis: Leverage Splunk to monitor logs, set up dashboards, and analyse patterns in log data to identify and fix issues in real time.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers to understand API designs and help optimize backend services, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Incident Management: Lead the incident management process for API issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for critical systems.
