4 - 4 LPA) Min Experience: 0 years Location: Remote (India), Nasik JobType: full-time The Junior Construction Manager & Estimator supports the Project Manager in handling administrative, technical, and estimation-related requirements across construction projects.
This role involves coordination of drawings and specifications, cost estimation, bid management, and collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in managing administrative and technical aspects of construction projects.
Review, coordinate, and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates across multiple trades.
Perform quantity take-offs using industry-standard estimating tools and software.
Analyze project plans, scope, and specifications to determine estimating and resource requirements.
Develop, maintain, and update estimating databases, templates, and cost benchmarks.
Conduct market research to stay current on material and labor costs .
Manage end-to-end bid processes , including preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain competitive bids within defined timelines.
Review and analyze bids for accuracy and completeness; prepare bid leveling comparisons .
Prepare and manage RFIs and submittals in coordination with project stakeholders.
Support scheduling and planning activities using project management tools.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture .
Good written and spoken English communication skills .
Hands-on experience with construction project management and design software, including: Bluebeam Revu / On-Screen Takeoff / PlanSwift (Quantity Take-offs) Microsoft Project / Smartsheet / Primavera P6 (Scheduling) AutoCAD Procore MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in estimation and documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
