Job description

The Team

We are an award-winning global consultancy and have been named Building’s Engineering Consultant of the Year in 2024, 2022 and 2021. We are at the forefront of the industry, priding ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable projects.

Sustainability runs through everything we do at Cundall, and our people are empowered to drive change and decarbonise the built environment. By the end of this decade, we have set ourselves an ambitious goal to only work on projects that meet our zero carbon design criteria, a commitment we have called our Zero Carbon Design 2030 goal. We need people who share this passion for sustainability and thrive in designing energy efficient buildings and communities.

At Cundall we strive to maintain a healthy balance between work and life.  Explore exciting career opportunities with us.

The Role

Our team in Bengaluru are looking for a Junior Technician to assist in the production and coordination of high quality BIM models and drawings in Revit, supporting multidisciplinary design teams across project stages.

Under the guidance of BIM Coordinators, Managers, and Engineers, you will maintain models to agreed standards, prepare sheets and schedules, run basic QA checks, and apply simple Dynamo scripts to remove repetitive tasks—contributing to efficient, standards‑compliant digital delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and update Revit models (Architecture/MEP/Structures as applicable), views, sheets and schedules to agreed LOD.
  • Apply project standards (naming, parameters, templates)
  • Coordinate linked models; manage visibility/graphics; place and manage families; tag and annotate consistently.
  • Publish models/drawings and manage issues/mark‑ups within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or the agreed CDE.
  • Run basic clash checks (e.g., Navisworks/Model Coordination) and record/resolution tracking with support.
  • Use and edit simple Dynamo graphs (e.g., sheet creation, parameter population, renaming) to remove repetitive work.
  • Support data deliverables (e.g., schedules, exports, COBie prep) by following defined workflows and mappings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting tips and flagging small automation opportunities.
