Ensure team's management including coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance;

Relevant experience O2C (credit check, Cash Appls, Billing, customer master data etc and AR related month end activities)
Prior hands on experience on SAP preferred
Strong analytical skills and Intermediate excel skills
Minimum 2 years of people management experience
Relevant understanding and experience of Quality management
Relevant understanding of Automation / Improvement functions
