Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, SAP Testing Manager!

Responsibilities
• Test strategy. Test Plans for Multiple testing cycles, regression testing, defect resolution, usage of AI
• Ensuring that Genpact teams provide input to BCIA and localisation activity
• Ensuring assessment of incremental resource requirements for each wave and recruitment of necessary interim resources as approved by the program
• Ensure that all Genpact team members (new and current) are trained ahead of relevant waves in a timely manner.
• Management of interim resources to optimum cost model, moving to BAU in an efficient manner, and leveraging interim resources effectively across each wave
• Acting as SPOC for all Genpact activities, maintaining clear communication with Genpact tower leads and leadership and with GPOs and ERP leadership.
• Working closely with the Genpact Transformation team to minimise disruption to the glidepath projects.
• This role will be recruited to support W0 and will be expected to be in place throughout the waves where Genpact is impacted.
• The role will ensure that processes are developed which can be re-used across the wave roll-out.
• The scope of the role will include all activities that Genpact support as part of their contractual engagement under current SOWs, including GFS and Non GFS elements of finance. Should scope of Genpact change during the program these will automatically be in scope for this role.
• Lead and inspire teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ERP Hub leaders, program and business stakeholders.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in a programme role, preferably on an account which has been on a similar program journey.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrix teams, and foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.
• Knowledge of industry; finance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent English written & spoken.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Direct experience with financial software and systems
• Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders
• Ability to challenge senior leaders on assumptions and decisions.
• Understanding of digital tools and technologies that enhance business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
