Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.

Supports concept-stage structural design for government programmes, ensuring compliance and technical assurance. Enables delivery through developed design and construction, assists clients with tenders, surveys and handover, and drives continual improvement. Builds capability through self-development and training under line manager guidance, strengthening programme outcomes and client confidence.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Support the design of structural systems to concept stage, ensuring compliance with business, statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Guide and manage developing designs, maintaining alignment with contract obligations and technical assurance principles.
  • Assist clients with tenders, surveys, reporting and handover, contributing to programme success.
  • Lead and develop direct reports, setting clear work plans, monitoring outputs and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Collaborate across design disciplines, client teams and contractors, actively participating in meetings and workshops.
  • Drive team development in digital, C2P and net zero carbon, embedding company directives into daily practice.
  • Support training, appraisals and career progression for direct reports, fostering capability and growth.
  • Engage with business improvement and carbon reduction initiatives, sharing responsibility for net zero transition.

You’ll need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Experience of projects of a similar nature.
